Product Introduction

The SAW-100A Automatic Layup & Bussing Machine represents a cutting-edge solution for solar module manufacturing, specifically designed for laying up cell strings and welding terminal busbars with exceptional precision and speed. This advanced equipment integrates multiple sophisticated systems including loading transferring arms, optical fiber sensor detection, mechanical positioning mechanisms, ribbon handling systems, and high-frequency electromagnetic welding technology.
The machine operates through an intelligent workflow: operators manually load string cells using specialized trays, after which the loading transferring arm efficiently picks up two strings simultaneously. These strings are then precisely positioned while the ribbon handling mechanism cuts busbars to predetermined lengths. The positioned strings are placed on the busbar, where high-frequency electromagnetic welding heads complete welding on both ends. Simultaneously, the terminal lead ribbon system processes and welds the terminal connections, concluding with the unloading transferring arm placing assembled strings onto the glass workstation or production line.
